1. Idyllic Cave House for 2 with Private Underground Pool

Beyond amazing doesn’t even begin to cover what a stay at the “Mystagoge Retreat” is like. Yes, you’ll definitely enjoy visiting the tourist sites on other parts of Santorini Island, but no one would blame you if you made this little cave house your mini staycation-within-a-vacation.

The small space has everything you need—one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, WiFi, a living room with a comfy couch and LED TV, plus a fully-equipped kitchen that includes all the necessary items to prepare and store every meal you’d need for days on end.

But the real dazzler is the private heated indoor cave pool with a hot tub that’s tucked away downstairs. Oh, and there’s an outdoor patio decked out with sunbeds, a dining area, and a grill that’s not too shabby either.

It’s a great spot to enjoy your breakfast basket that’s stocked with biscuits, honey, jam, coffee, milk, and butter.

You’ll be in a nice, quiet neighborhood that’s far enough to be peaceful and private but still has easy access to Fira. If you need transportation, your super host, Artemia, will be happy to schedule a driver for you.

Up to 2 guests //1 bedroom // 1 bed // 1 bath. Prices from $273 per night. Check pricing and dates here.

2. Private House with a View in the center of Oia

If enjoying your morning coffee with a stunning caldera view or sipping on a glass of wine while enjoying the sun setting over the Aegean Sea from your own private veranda is your idea of the perfect Santorini vacation, then I’ve got the place for you!

This clean little house is in the center of Oia’s main street, giving you easy access to lots of restaurants and shops. For the times you decide to stay in, you’ll be set with a spacious living room, cable TV, air conditioning, WiFi, and a fully-equipped kitchen complete with an espresso maker and a panini maker!

You’ll have plenty of options in terms of the sleeping arrangement—there’s a double bedroom with a king-size bed and another double bed up in the loft, plus a built-in sofa bed in the living room.

There’s room to sleep five, so it’s perfect for either a roomy, romantic getaway or for a small family or group of friends.

That all-white open-air veranda is heavenly, so expect to spend a lot of your time there!

Another bonus: it’s super affordable!

5 guests //2 bedrooms //2 beds // 1 bath. Prices from $67 per night. Check pricing and dates here.

3. Luxurious Cave House Villa on the Caldera

You’ll absolutely love everything about this cave house villa: the location, style, cleanliness, breathtaking views, and top-notch hospitality from super host, Antonios.

The villa provides a perfectly peaceful, luxurious escape while providing easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants that are a short walk away in the center of Fira.

Situated on Santorini’s famous caldera, the views don’t get much better than this! Catch the sunset from your private jacuzzi, and you’ll really be in heaven.

But the VIP treatment doesn’t stop there—you can also get daily housekeeping, room service, and a private concierge at no extra cost.

With space for up to 4 lucky guests, it’s the perfect Santorini retreat for honeymooners, 2 couples, or a family.

The place is a restoration of a cave house from the 19th century, resulting in an ultra-modern, chic villa that hasn’t missed a single detail! If you can afford to splurge a bit, this villa is totally worth it.

4 guests //1 bedroom // 1 bed // 1 bath. Prices from $450 per night. Check pricing and dates here.

There’s also a small outdoor patio where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or simply relax while soaking in some Santorini sun.

The place is located in a quiet village that has its own array of bars, markets, and restaurants but is also just a 15-minute walk away from the heart of Fira.

The bus station is also a short walk away, which makes it easy to get to other parts of the island if you don’t have a car. It’s cute and super affordable.
