Planning a trip and wondering what to wear in Bend Oregon? I’ve got you, girl.
I typically like to fly south for the winter when I travel, so heading somewhere cold this January was a bit outside of my comfort zone. My biggest concern was keeping warm, while looking chic, lol.
The weather was actually really nice while we were in Bend, and ranged from 40’s and 50’s during the daytime, to low 30’s, high 20’s at night. Which, don’t get me wrong, was still super cold for this California girl.
I’m not a winter sports gal (I’m useless on skis or a snowboard), but we did a mix of winter adventure activities and exploring downtown and the Old Mill District, so I packed some waterproof adventure gear, thermals, etc. as well as some cute sweaters and outfits for going out to dinner.
I’m sure during the summertime my packing list would look very different since you wouldn’t be hitting up snow parks. You can check Bend’s events cal for ideas on things to do during different times of the year, but if you’re planning a snowy adventure trip, here are some outfit ideas and links for what to wear in Bend Oregon!

Let’s start with my absolute favorite outfit, shall we?? This pink metallic snowsuit was a freakin dream!
It kept me so warm during our snowmobiling adventure with Central Oregon Adventures around Wanoga Snow Park, and I loved how it popped against the snowy mountain backdrop.
It has pockets and also comes with a little belt fanny pack which was perfect for holding a few small things in, so I didn’t need to bring a day pack.
I wore a long-sleeve thermal top and thermal pants (I like UNIQLO’s HeatTech pieces), as well as wool socks.
My Sorel boots kept me warm and dry on all our snowy adventures!
Handwarmers also came in so clutch here. I also got this neck warmer which was perfect for keeping that little bit of uncovered skin from freezing while I was zipping through the snow.
Central Oregon Adventures also has some snow gear rentals available if you need things like gloves and boots!
My girl Jess and I had matching metallic snowsuits (we called them our spacesuits), and I loved her silver metallic ski suit!
I will say, I had to try some different positions/poses to get these shots—photos in a snowsuit from dead-on are not the most flattering thing in the world.

This pink snowsuit was another hit! I wore it when we did a nighttime snowshoeing adventure with Wanderlust Tours.
One thing I learned when shopping for a snowsuit that was more of a matte finish (rather than the shiny metallic one), is that having some black paneling on the side is essential to give you some shape and dimension…
The first pink snowsuit I bought was solid pink and I looked like a bottle of Pepto Bismol. Opting for one with black accents really helped, lol.
Since this was a nighttime adventure, I bundled up and had my thermals on underneath, as well as gloves, plenty of hand warmers, and a hat.

I wore this outfit on a cave tour with Wanderlust Tours, which was such a fun experience btw!
This Noize metallic blue jacket kept me warm and stylish.
And Aerie styled the Babes in pieces from their OFFLINE collection. I loved these snow pants and received so many compliments on them. If you’re between sizes on these, I’d recommend sizing down.

I wore this outfit for a day of shopping, lunch, and wine tasting in the Old Mill District. It’s such a cute area right by the water.
Even though it was sunny, it was a bit chilly that day, so I was glad to have this long puffer coat with me. It’s rented from Nuuly (psst, if you want to try out Nuuly you can use my code fb10-k6qmnva for $10 off!) and I found some look-alikes that I’m linking above.
While these boots aren’t exactly walking shoes, they’re pretty comfortable considering how tall they are!
Greta, Lauryn, and I are wearing some pieces from Show Me Your Mumu.

Sooo many compliments on this dress! It’s vegan leather and buttery soft, plus the color is so pretty.
I wore this outfit for our first night out where we had an incredible dinner and wine pairing at Domaine Serene.
Lastly, I wore this outfit on our last day which involved popping into the last Blockbuster in existence. I know, so wild.
This blush jacket from Revolve has been a fav of mine lately and it was perfect for the chilly temps in Bend.
