#44: In this episode, we’re talking about burnout. I was shocked when 100% of people who responded to my Story poll said they were also feeling burnt out. It seems like we’re all kind of feeling this way and while I’m not an expert, I’m chatting about my reflections and what helped me break up the monotony and get out of a funk I was recently in. I get into:

– How I’m injecting more play/joy into my life

– The importance of breaking up your routine and get out of doing the same thing every day

– Thinking about what to delegate to give you time back

– Doing a digital detox and starting new hobbies to bring you joy
