I think it’s time to treat yourself to an amazing cleaning experience—cleaning doesn’t have to suck. 😉

7 Best Dyson Vacuum Cleaners

1. Dyson V8 Animal Cordless Stick Vacuum

Starting off with the all-around favorite and the Dyson Vacuum that I own and love, the Dyson V8 Animal Cordless Stick.

If you’re someone who tends to have sensitivity to dust or has asthma, the filtration system is asthma and allergy certified to not expel allergens back into your home. The whole machine filtration captures allergens and releases clean air.

It says it has 40 minutes of suction power, although it definitely lasts me more than 40 minutes when using the “regular” mode. And it’s 150% more powerful at removing dirt than the Dyson V6 vacuums—you definitely won’t have to worry about short battery life.

I love that it also comes with a mini motorized tool and heads to remove any additional pet hair, dirt, dust, or crumbs in tight places.

Another really cool feature is the hygienic dirt ejector that empties the dust bin in one single action—it’s so easy. This is one of the best cordless Dyson vacuums and is a more budget-friendly option too.

2. Dyson V15 Detect Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

The Dyson V15 is one of Dyson’s newer cordless stick vacuums, making it one of the more expensive options.

However, what really makes this new vacuum special is the laser feature that reveals microscopic dust and optimizes the suction based on the dust level.

It can also set a specific run time based on the floor type. The laser is precise and makes dust extra visible on floors to make sure you don’t miss anything—this takes cleaning to a whole new level.

I also really like this Dyson cordless vacuum because it can run up to 60 minutes and is also engineered to clean pet hair. The 2 cleaner heads and 5 Dyson tools make cleaning up your home and car super easy.

3. Dyson Ball Animal 2 Upright Vacuum

The Dyson Ball Animal 2 is one of the best Dyson upright vacuums because it’s great at getting rid of allergens and is super easy to clean up between uses.

You don’t need to have an animal for this vacuum to be the right fit for you since it does an even better job at suctioning the smaller particles. It’s also very versatile to use between carpet and hard floors.

I love the Dyson Ball style because it makes cleaning hard-to-reach places so much easier—the design is really dynamic. It also comes with a super long 35-foot long cord that’s super ideal for a larger home.

The stair tool, combination accessory tool and tangle-free turbine tool all make cleaning specific areas of the house more convenient and precise.

4. Dyson V11 Animal Cordless Stick Vacuum

The Dyson V11 is basically the newer and slightly improved version of the Dyson V8, just pricier. It comes with a lot of the same features like the filtration system that captures allergens or the dust bin.

The improvements are the 60 minutes of run time and having 60% more suction. It works on all kinds of surfaces and comes with additional tools for cleaning after pets.

And don’t worry, it still has the tools to clean up in the car.

I also really like that it can intelligently optimize suction and run time across all floor types because of its high torque cleaner head.

If you’re looking for something more powerful and cordless, this is the perfect option for you.

5. Dyson Ball Multi Floor Upright Vacuum Cleaner

The Dyson Ball Multi Floor is a classic Dyson upright vacuum. It’s designed to do a lot of the same things as the Dyson Ball Animal 2, for a cheaper price.

The only difference is you won’t be getting the additional animal tools and features. Besides that, it’s still a very powerful tool that works great on both hard floors and carpets.

I love the two tools it comes with: combination tool and stair tool. They make cleaning tighter spaces easier.

You can’t go wrong with this option because not only can it be more powerful than a cordless vacuum, it’s also more affordable.

6. Dyson V10 Cyclone Animal Cord-Free Stick Vacuum

The Dyson V10 Cyclone Animal is a lot like the V8 and V11. This is a great option if you’re looking for a step up on the features compared to the V8 but want to save money compared to the V11.

It’s the perfect in-between cordless vacuum that comes with 60 minutes of run time and has cleaning modes. I love that this design also comes with a mini motorized tool for tighter spaces.

It has a torque drive cleaner head to deep clean and suction better on the carpet. Say goodbye to pet hair and dirt with this vacuum.

7. Dyson Omni-Glide Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

Last but not least, is the Dyson Omni-Glide that works amazingly on hard floors. This is one of the slimmest vacuums Dyson makes, which is super ideal if you don’t have a lot of storage space.

It’s multidirectional and picks up dirt with ease while it moves forward and backward. The only downside to this vacuum is it only has 20 mins of run time and only really works on hardwood floors.

It comes with a combination tool that is 2 tools in 1. The Omni is perfect if you’re on a budget and primarily have hard floors.

Those were all my Dyson favorites! I know there’s a lot of different models and options but I hope this guide helped you find the perfect vacuum for all your cleaning needs.

While I was looking around, I discovered that Dyson actually has a robot vacuum that works a lot like the Roomba but better. It’s currently out of stock in the US, but when it comes back into stock I might look into getting one because it’s so cool.

I can’t wait to get a new Dyson vacuum for myself so I can start refreshing my home for the new year. Be sure to tag me on Insta @wtfab so I can see which Dyson vacuum you went with.
