The Proposal

As I mentioned in this week’s outfit post, Omied proposed a couple weekends ago while we were in Napa celebrating our nine year anniversary! While I promise I won’t be turning WTFab into a wedding blog, I thought it’d be fun to share posts along the way while we’re planning, DIYing decor, and doing whatever …

Uptown Girl

You might have noticed that I’m rocking some new bling on my left ring finger! We recently spent the weekend in Napa celebrating our anniversary, where Omied popped the question. Proposal story soon to come, but let’s just say it was an absolutely beautiful weekend. 🙂 We shot these photos during a stroll in downtown before …

The rebel

Jacket/Top/Skirt ~ Andrew Marc I love a good leather outfit! Representing “the rebel in all of us,” these high end leather pieces from Andrew Marc are feminine and classy with a touch of edge—just the way I like it. Add some silver accessories, statement earrings, and booties to the look, and finish it off with …

Pahk ya cah in hahvahd yahd

Happy Tuesday! I just got back late last night from Boston for my best friend Kimmy’s bridal shower. We spent the weekend exploring the city, perfecting our Bahstahn accent impressions (hence today’s post title), and celebrating the bride-to-be. One thing I love about my friend’s family is that they’ll take any excuse to party. Aunts, …

Neutrals

Throwing together a few neutral pieces for a beautiful spring day in the city! It’s still not quite warm enough for short skirts/dresses, so full length and a cardi are necessary. Hope everyone has a great week! Elise ArmitageElise Armitage is an entrepreneur and founder of What The Fab, a travel + lifestyle blog based in …

Rimmel London Stay Matte

Happy Sunday Funday! Recently I got to participate in Rimmel London’s “Stay Matte Challenge.” I love trying new foundations and I’m always looking for a new favorite. For me, the best combination is great coverage while still being lightweight. I put Rimmel London’s Stay Matte Liquid Mousse Foundation to the test and here are the …

Tahoe

Last month we made a trip up to Tahoe, during a time that it happened to be snow storming pretty hard. While I wouldn’t necessarily recommend doing a trip during a snowstorm (for reasons like chains falling off, cars getting stuck in the snow, and lots of shoveling (which I was blessedly spared from because …

#MACRocksColour

Over the weekend I got to check out MAC’s new flagship store on Powell Street, and let’s just say, it’s not to be missed! The store is full of bright colors, amazing artists, and a makeup studio in the center that feels both private and special, yet lets you see the entire store. I thought …

Happy first day of spring everyone! And happy Persian New Year—Eideh shoma mobarak (gettin fancy with the little Farsi I know)! It’s time to break out the floral prints (I know, I know, “Florals for spring? Groundbreaking.” -Meryl Streep, Devil Wears Prada). I can’t help it, after the cold weather I’m excited for pastels and …
