One thing about me is that I love loungewear, especially loungewear dresses. Loungewear in general is my absolute favorite—I’ll always love the comfort of it.
Loungewear dresses are my favs because I like the fact that they are super comfortable and casual yet stylish enough. They’re casual enough for being indoors but I’m ready in case I need to go run a quick errand.
I’ve been eyeing a couple of loungewear dresses both in-store and online—I’ve been wanting to add new pieces to my closet. It’s almost summer too, we all need a good comfy dress.

1. SKIMS Lounge Ribbed Long Sleeve Maxi Dress
When it comes to dresses, you can never go wrong with a black one. This maxi dress from SKIMS is my absolute favorite to wear around the house.
This maxi dress is such a show-stopper—I feel like Kim Kardashian around the house once I have this on. The material is so soft and amazing.
What I like about this dress is how flattering it looks. From all the pictures I’ve seen, it flatters everyone.
It hugs you in the right places yet doesn’t feel too tight. The material is such good quality and it’s pretty stretchy!
I’m more of a short sleeve gal but this lounge dress is too lovely. The sleek style it has screams luxury AF.
I recommend this dress so much and genuinely think it’s a staple item that everyone should have in their wardrobe.

2. Nordstrom Moonlight Dress
When I first saw this dress, I fell in love with the pinky blush color. It’s perfect for the summer and super cute to lounge in.
I laid my eyes on this dress in the store, but didn’t have the time to try it on so I was relieved once I found it online! I might have bought it immediately.
The dress comes in three gorgeous colors: the pink I love, black, and gray. They’re all super easy to dress up or down depending on the occasion.
It’s a great lounging dress that I recommend with no hesitation. The material is super soft—I almost went to sleep in it!
I will say, the elastic around the arms might feel a little tight at first but it’s not too bad.
3. SKIMS Lounge Rib Slip Dress
And here is another SKIMS dress I’m in love with, their slip dress. My favorite one would be the lovely gold-colored one.
The material is just like the long dress, stretchy and super soft. The dress almost has a butter-like feeling to it which I love.
This dress is equally as flattering as the first one I mentioned and I definitely suggest you get both!
It’s super comfortable, I can’t stop wearing it. I wore it around the house one day but had to run a quick errand—all I had to do was throw a denim jacket on and I was ready to go!
Kim Kardashian did her thing with this SKIMS brand, it’s worth every single penny.
4. Commando Luxury Rib Racerback Tank Dress
Another super versatile dress is from this brand I discovered at Nordstrom called Commando. They have gorgeous staple items and this dress is one of them.
Like the SKIMS one, it’s super easy to dress up or down depending on the occasion. The material of this dress is pretty good quality—I was impressed with it.
I paired it with some sneakers one day and heeled sandals for another occasion and it looked amazing with both.
It comes in two dark colors, olive and black, and I love adding a pop of color to them with a fun purse or a colorful accessory.
The dress is very flattering and I can’t emphasize enough how much you NEED this one in your wardrobe as well.
5. Nation Rona Smocked House Dress
This dress from Anthropologie gives comfy AF vibes—you’ve got to have it. It pairs well with some sandals, perfect for the warmer weather that’s coming.
The length is perfect since it isn’t too long but it isn’t super short. This cotton dress is super easy to care for, a machine wash does the job!
My favorite thing about this dress is its neckline—it looks gorgeous on anyone.
This dress is an absolute dream, everyone needs it in their wardrobe!
6. Santorini Thera Printed Dress
From the loungewear dresses I’ve mentioned, this is one of my favorite short ones. Athleta killed it with this dress—this dress comes in so many sizes so it’s literally made for everyone.
The green color is my favorite but the navy striped one would look great for a beach trip. The material of this one is great quality, it’s more of a spandex material unlike the other cotton ones.
What’s great about this dress is that it’s comfortable enough to lounge in but has your back in case you need to step outside. The material is UPF 50+ which protects your skin from harsh UV rays!
I think this dress is perfect to pack on vacation—it doesn’t wrinkle whatsoever!
7. Eileen Fisher Silk Shoulder-Strap Dress
Are you seeing this gorgeous lilac shade—it’s a must.
Long dresses are one of my favorites for the warmer weather and this silk one is perfect for that. It’s comfortable enough to move around in if you have quick chores to do at home yet perfect for a nice brunch.
The square neckline with straps isn’t one I always go for but it surprisingly looks amazing on. If you’re fond of the square necklines, this dress is definitely for you.
8. Lunya Organic Pima Dress
Before this dress, I never had a t-shirt dress in my wardrobe and I regret it—there isn’t a day I don’t want to wear this.
I would just wear a super long shirt to bed, but now that I have this t-shirt dress, this one is much more comfortable.
It looks super chic paired up with some cute sneakers but also looks great with some sandals for some quick errands.
It comes in three colors that are easy to pair with anything you already own. The material is just super comfortable—you’ll never want to take it off once it’s on.
It’s functional and versatile, you absolutely NEED it.
