10 Best Korean Serums

1. Sulwhasoo First Care Activating Serum

I had to start strong with this amazing Sulwhasoo First Care Activating Serum.

This Activating Serum works exceptionally well with dry skin types or if you tend to have a dull and uneven texture.

The First Care Serum is made with five Korean herbs that help balance the skin while brightening, hydrating, and smoothing.

It has a very subtle fragrance, which is great if you’re more sensitive to scents.

After cleansing the skin, apply this First Care Activating Serum as the base since it helps boost the absorption of other products in your skincare routine.

2. Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Serum

I LOVE Klairs products because they’re affordable and made with quality ingredients.

The Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Serum is a must-have in your skincare lineup—it’s fantastic for calming the skin while providing hydration.

Klairs recently updated the Soothing Serum formula, so it’s more absorbent and has a mild citrus scent that’s so refreshing.

The Rich Moist Serum works great on all skin types, even sensitive skin, so you don’t need to worry about irritation.

This serum is made with celery, carrot root, and broccoli extract to bring nutrients to the skin.

3. Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum

If you tend to have dry skin, this is the perfect serum. The Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum is packed with green teas to help hydrate and protect skin from environmental stressors.

The Green Tea Tri-biotic Complex helps fortify the skin’s moisture barrier while the Jeju Green Tea hydrates the skin, and the Jeju Green Tea Seed Oil helps retain moisture.

After a few uses, you’ll notice that your skin will look plumper, more hydrated, and glowy because of how moisturizing this Green Tea Serum is.

This Green Tea Seed Serum also works great if you have acne-prone skin since green tea and antioxidants can help with acne scarring.

4. Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin C Drop

Of course, I had to include another Klairs product in this roundup. I’m obsessed with vitamin C products because they make my skin look so bright and glowy, and this Freshly Juiced Vitamin C Drop is one of my favorites.

The Freshly Juiced Vitamin C Drop is made with 5% vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and is super gentle.

Vitamin C is a great anti-aging product, and I’ve seen some of my fine lines start to smooth out after using vitamin C.

If you’re not big on scented skincare, you’ll be happy to know that this Vitamin C Drop formula is fragrance-free—say goodbye to headaches.

After a few uses of this Freshly Juiced serum, your skin looks brighter while pigmentation fades away and fine lines become less noticeable.

5. The Face Shop White Seed Brightening Serum

I haven’t tried the Face Shop White Seed Brightening Serum, but I’ve heard some really good things, so I thought I would include it.

This White Seed Serum is great for brightening the skin, so if you have scarring or dark spots, this will significantly help.

The white seed is supposed to be more potent than vitamin C at brightening the skin—your skin will also start to even out and have a more glowy complexion.

This Brightening Serum has a light scent and absorbs quickly into the skin.

Since the white seed ingredient can be potent, I would be careful and patch test if you tend to have sensitive skin.

6. Peach & Lily Glass Skin Refining Serum

The Peach & Lily Glass Skin Refining Serum is a great hyaluronic acid serum packed with peach extract, niacinamide, East Asian mountain yam, madecassoside, and peptides.

All these ingredients help the skin become more hydrated, calm, brighter, and firmer—after a few uses, your skin will look healthy, smooth, and clear.

This Glass Skin Serum works on all skin types and quickly absorbs into the skin.

Your skin will seriously look so youthful and radiant that you won’t be able to stop using this Refining Serum.

7. MISSHA Time Revolution Night Repair Probio Ampoule

The Time Revolution Night Repair Probio Ampoule is one of MISSHA’s best-selling products. They recently reformulated the serum to give even better results.

The new Night Repair formula has ten types of probiotics and five purple superfoods.

Probiotics help reduce signs of aging and improve the skin’s elasticity, promoting collagen production, while the purple superfoods energize and protect the skin.

This Time Revolution Ampoule also repairs and hydrates the skin to give a more youthful and radiant appearance—it works wonders to even out your complexion without leaving a greasy residue.

It’s made with 42% Centella Asiatica, derivative madecassoside, and vitamin B5 to help hydrate the skin while giving anti-inflammatory properties.

This Soothing Ampoule will instantly calm the skin and reduce redness if you struggle with inflammation.

The Centella Aqua serum works incredibly well on acne-prone and sensitive skin.

The Benton Snail Bee Ultimate Serum is made with two powerhouse ingredients, snail mucin and bee venom, full of skincare benefits.

The snail mucin repairs acne scars and treats hyperpigmentation, while the bee venom calms irritated skin and targets breakouts.

This Snail Bee Serum also contains niacinamide, tea tree, and adenosine, which help prevent wrinkles and brighten the skin.

The Ultimate Serum is free of fragrance to help prevent headaches, and if you’re weirded out by snail mucin, don’t worry—it will help your skin so much.
