Y’all know I travel a lot, and one thing I’ve learned through trial and error is to never skimp on quality luggage, which is why I’m bringing you this honest Beis luggage review.
There’s nothing worse than arriving at your destination and seeing that one of your wheels is falling off, a zipper is broken, or the fabric is fraying—not the best way to kick off a vacay!
One time when I decided to be cheap, my luggage kept tipping over at the airport—whether I was walking with it rolling beside me or if it was just standing on its own next to me while I was seated. Heck no!

Beis Luggage: Worth the Hype?
About Beis
Beis was launched in 2018 by actress and world traveler Shay Mitchell, who you might recognize from her roles in Pretty Little Liars and You.
The mission of Beis is to create affordable, trendy, and high-quality travel pieces ranging from lightweight luggage and travel bags and more.
I can relate to struggling to find stylish luggage and travel accessories that are both durable and functional.
I’ll often find luggage that looks great but just isn’t practical—or, on the flip side, I’ll get my heart set on a piece only to find out it’s way out of my price range!
That’s why I love Beis’s goal to get people traveling without breaking the bank or stressing about if their luggage will survive the journey.
What Makes Beis Luggage Special?
Beis luggage is known for being well-made, affordable (compared to other high-quality luggage brands), and aesthetic!
Their products are all about taking the stress out of travel, so you’ll notice features like cushioned hand grips, smooth-rolling wheels, and expanding zippers.
I appreciate how much attention was paid to the little details when it comes to Beis’s rolling luggage, and all of their pieces are sure to impress.
The best part is how reasonably priced these luggage pieces are without skimping on quality or functionality.
Beis luggage has become a favorite among celebrities, influencers, and everyday travelers, and I’m a fan, too!

How Expensive is Beis’s Luggage?
There’s no getting around the fact that good quality luggage can be expensive, and while Beis isn’t cheap, the brand’s products are fairly priced and def worth the investment.
Beis’s top products, including the Carry-On Roller, Large Tote, and Weekender Bag, range in price from under $100 to almost $300.
The price point for Beis luggage isn’t bad at all when you realize comparable products can cost upwards of $1,000—yikes!
I’m also impressed that Beis offers a lifetime warranty on many of their products, covering damage like cracks in the luggage’s outer shell, broken wheels, fabric rips, and more. That is huge!
Beis Luggage Pros and Cons
Pros:
Quality: Beis carry-ons and checked luggage is very high-quality and durable, and many are covered by a lifetime warranty. Everything from the rolling duffel bags and expandable luggage to the wheeled suitcases can withstand wear and tear.
Features: With extra bells and whistles like built-in weight indicators and expandable pockets, Beis luggage is essential to tackle your next vacation or business trip like a travel pro.
Appearance: One of my fav things about the brand’s travel luggage is it just looks so good! It’ll look great in your jet-setter Instagram pic.
Price: Beis luggage might not be the cheapest on the market, but it is well-priced considering how quality the pieces are.
Cons:
Limited color selection: All that being said, one of the cons of Beis luggage is their limited color selection.
Some of the brand’s products are available in fun colors like Atlas Pink and Maple, but others only come in standard black and beige, which is a bit boring. I like a pop of color!
Some items are not water/stainproof: Another downside is that while some products are stain and water-resistant, they’re not fully water or stain-proof.
This is something to think about since it’s pretty common for luggage to get exposed to water and spills during travel.
Thinking about trying Beis luggage for yourself? These are four of their most popular products that are also personal favs!
Top Beis Luggage Products
1. The Carry-On Roller
The Carry-On Roller is one of Beis’s top travel products, and I understand why.
This 21” carry-on bag features a durable outer shell and vegan leather trim that looks super luxurious.
The 360-degree wheels run smoothly, giving you expert maneuverability, so traveling with this carry-on luggage piece is a breeze—it also includes a weight indicator and TSA-approved luggage locks to keep your items secure.
I also love the fact the Carry-On Roller’s roomy interior can expand an extra two inches to fit all the souvenirs you pick up during your travels.
This carry-on suitcase comes in six stylish colors and is priced at $198, which is definitely reasonable, IMO.

2. The Check-In Roller
Love the look of the Carry-On Roller but need more space for all those vacation outfit changes? I know I’m not about that carry-on-only life.
Introducing the Beis Check-In Roller Large Suitcase, a stylish piece of check luggage that’s big enough to fit all your travel necessities.
This Large Check Bag has seriously everything you need to make travel a breeze, from expanding zippers to pockets and compression flaps that keep everything organized and compact.
The 29” Check-In Roller retails for $298, but this piece is covered by Beis’s lifetime warranty, so you know it’ll last!
3. The Weekender
I’ll be shocked if you haven’t seen Beis’s iconic Weekender Luggage Bags at airports.
This tote bag is large enough to fit your weekend essentials without being too bulky (a more compact Mini Weekender version is available).
The Weekender has plenty of pockets to keep all your items organized and a bottom compartment for bulky items like shoes or a hairdryer—so genius!
There’s a lot to love about the Weekend Duffel Bag, and the best part is it costs less than $100.
4. Large Work Tote
The last Beis product I recommend is the Large Work Tote, a stylish and practical handbag for work or travel days.
This luxurious Large Tote Bag comes in a few fashionable colors and patterns—croc-embossed faux leather is my favorite because it looks chic af.
Beis has changed the travel bag game with this Work Handbag that features a detachable shoulder strap, interior and exterior zippered pockets, and a luggage trolley passthrough for suitcase handles.
You can snag one of these Work Purses for around $120, and the investment is SO worth it.
If you’ve been on the fence about Beis travel gear, this is your official sign to try its luggage, bags, accessories, and more on your next adventure.

Can the weekender go under the seat when traveling on a plane- which weekender works best for that there a few.

The Weekender bag is designed to fit under most airplane seats, but it's pretty big and might not be that comfortable as it'll take up your leg space. If you want something that will comfortably fit under the seat, I'd recommend the Beis backpack.
