7 Best Bala Products: Bala Review
1. Bala Bangles
I had to start off with my all-time favorite ankle weights, the Bala Bangles. These are the Insta-famous bangles that you’ve probably seen all over social media, and likely what sparked you to look for a Bala review post!
They come in 2 different weight sizes: 1 LB and 2 LB.
I personally use the one-pound Bala weights for all my workouts. I love that it comes with an adjustable velcro strap to comfortably fit around your ankles or wrists.
They also come in so many different colors to mix and match with your workout outfits. The Bala Bangles are super versatile to wear all the time like during pilates, yoga, boxing, walking, or anything that requires movement.
I like to wear my Bala Bangles at home paired with a pilates video. The best part is that you’re getting a 2-in-1—ankle weights and wrist weights.
They’re super easy to clean and store since every Bala Bangle pair comes with a matching carrying case.
2. Bala Bars
Next up is the Bala Bars. I have a pair of black ones that I love and use all the time.
I’m obsessed with the ergonomic and modern design of these 3-pound weights. The weight is evenly distributed throughout the bar for a comfortable and user-friendly workout.
They’re made of silicone and very easy to clean. Since their 3 LBS each, you’re getting the perfect amount of extra weight during your at-home workouts.
I love incorporating the Bala Bars for some extra strength training. Again, each pair of Bala Bars comes with a matching carrying case.
Overall, my exercise routine has improved and I’m really liking the way these weights feel in my hands or in the back of my thighs while doing leg raises—we love a strong booty. 😍
3. The Power Ring
The Power Ring has been on my wishlist for a while now and I think I’m going to have to treat myself to one soon. The ring is the perfect balance between a kettlebell and a dumbbell.
It comes in 4 different weight sizes: 5 LBS, 8 LBS, 10 LBS, and 15 LBS. I also love that it comes in a ton of different colors—all their classic colors and some new ones.
It’s made of stainless steel that is wrapped in soft silicone making it super easy to clean and maintain over time.
Apparently, a really great workout move is to do Russian twists with the Power Ring instead of a medicine ball for an easier time moving side to side.
The reviews on this are amazing, so that gives me a lot of reassurance with treating myself to a Power Ring.
4. Bala Beam
The Bala Beam is another Bala Product that’s been in my cart but I haven’t checked out yet. 😆 I’m obsessed with the design and aesthetic of this weighted bar.
It comes in 2 weight sizes: 15 LBS and 25 LBS to support you during your strength-building workout. It also comes in a ton of different colors, so if you wanted you could purchase every Bala workout accessory in the same color to build a collection.
You can press, curl, squat, and lunge to increase your performance during strength training. Again, the Bala Bean is made of high-quality stainless steel wrapped in soft silicone.
Since it’s aesthetic AF, you can easily store it in your home and even keep it out for display.
5. The Play Mat
Ok, I know I don’t need a new yoga mat but when I saw this Play Mat my jaw dropped because it’s so cute. 😍 The Play Mat is definitely going to be my next yoga mat investment.
I also think this Play Mat would make an amazing gift for any of your girlfriends. It comes in 3 different colors: Sand, Charcoal, and Blush.
I’ve never seen a mat designed with a unique shape and I think the arch shape is the most aesthetic to display in a room.
I love that it’s a super thick mat at 8 mm and antimicrobial. It has a waterproof top while being moisture-wicking.
It’s made to have a polyurethane top-coat and rubber base. This mat is so high-quality it will definitely last you a lifetime.
6. The Hourglass Roller
We all know how important stretching is post-workout and I’ve been looking for a super cute foam roller to give my body some love. My lower back can get super tight after workouts, sitting at my desk, or a long travel day and using a foam roller helps so much!
This Hourglass Roller really caught my attention because of its unique shape. I love that it comes in a few different colors like Charcoal, Sand, and Blush.
It’s consciously made for stretching and rehabilitation. The foam is so supportive and dense to really give you that extra cushion.
There are so many different stretches you can achieve with this Hourglass Roller, you really can’t go wrong with this option.
7. Bala Bands
Last up are the Bala Bands and I’m so so happy with them. It’s so hard to find decent resistance bands that don’t roll up mid-workout or snap in half—the Bala Bands are it.
I love that they’re made with premium weaved elastic fabric instead of the traditional rubber material. They also come in 3 different resistant strength levels: heavy, medium, and light.
They’re so easy to travel with and maintain. I’m obsessed with incorporating them into my pilates workouts at home to make me sweat a little more.
