Seaside

The boyfriend and I spent last weekend in Monterey. It was absolutely beautiful, and we had to take advantage of the picturesque scenery for an outfit shoot. We shot these at Point Lobos, which in my opinion is the most beautiful part of California’s coast. I’ll be sharing my photos from our hike (and whale …

Jumpsuit

Until a few weeks ago, I had never gotten a blow out. A fellow fashion blogger told me that was akin to living in a barn, and while I think that’s a tad overly dramatic, I am a little surprised it took me this long to try one. Blo hosted a fun blogger night and invited …

Color splash

I wore this outfit last month to the Avant Garde runway show of SF Fashion Week. I had just bought this color shift dress from my girl Jia‘s online boutique and couldn’t wait to wear it. Since the colors are super bright and summery, I paired the dress with tan boots to make the outfit …

Chihuly Glass and Garden

Last month when we were up in Seattle we spent an afternoon at the Chihuly Glass and Garden Exhibit. You may have seen some of Chihuly’s larger than life glass installations in some of the ritzy spots in Vegas, like the Bellagio and in the City Center. The exhibit, located right underneath the Space Needle, …

Leather & lace

Last month I joined a few of my favorite bloggers for a brunch hosted by MaxMara at the Four Season’s MKT Restaurant. The brunch was absolutely delicious, and it was so much fun to get an an up-close look at MaxMara’s beautiful fall pieces. It was like an interactive runway show where the models stopped …

Hipanema

Nicole and I shot these at one of my favorite places to grab a bite on Valencia street—Frjtz! For this outfit, I kept things simple with a white button-up and jeans. I love the pop of color on my wrist from HIPANEMA. There’s something really bohemian and sexy about their stackable bracelets. The Brazilian-inspired arm candy …

Le cafe

I love blogging at coffee shops in the city. Outdoor coffee shops? Even better, since outdoor cafes remind me of studying abroad in Paris. For some reason I’m much more productive there than at home, and you’d be surprised the amount of inspiration you get from people-watching. This time around when I was blogging away …

Vivid

I know I’m usually a dress kinda gal, but I really liked this outfit that I put together. I rolled up the pants a little bit to show off these cute ankle strap heels, and by tying this chambray top it gave the tank an almost peplum effect that I loved. The tank top is …

Greyscale

This past weekend I attended iFabbo’s Social Media Conference with a bunch of my favorite SF bloggers. The panels and speakers were super informative, and the after party at the Four Seasons was fabulous. During one of the breaks, Jennifer and I snuck out to snap some outfit photos. I love this Banana Republic dress for …

FINN

Last week I had the pleasure of being one of the blogger hosts for Union Square’s Fall Fashion Fest! I was hosting at FINN Boutique, which carries a lot of European and local San Franciscan designers. It was so much fun perusing their huge selection, and I absolutely adore their black dress that I wore …
