Less is more

We spent one afternoon in Barcelona checking out the Barcelona Pavilion and the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya. I had never heard of the Barcelona Pavilion before, but since Omied is an architect he had studied this interesting little building and taught me all about it as we strolled through. It was designed by an …

Probably because I spent half of it on vacation and the other half of it catching up at work from being on vacation and prepping for a couple big upcoming events! Barcelona sunsets

We saw many beautiful sunsets while we were in Spain, and one of our favorite viewing spots was from this rooftop bar in Barcelona. At the top of Barcelo Hotel sits Barcelo 360, with stunning views and pretty damn strong sangria. What more could a girl ask for, really? We loved it so much we …

Gothic Quarter

I wore this pretty, off-the-shoulder maxi dress for a warm day that we spent exploring the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona. It was so fun to get lost in these medieval streets, popping into some of the famous sites along the way, like the Cathedral, and one of the oldest synagogues in Europe. We’re missing Spain …

Olé

So this dress is what flamenco dreams are made of. It’s by Christian Siriano, who you may remember from Project Runway. I loved him ever since he was talking about Asian models on the show and said, “Asians are fierce.” Lolz. Throw in the fact that his brand stands for inclusion for all sizes in …

El Rastro

Buenos dias! We just spent the last few days in Madrid and are currently en route to Barcelona! Madrid was awesome and I can’t wait to share more on the blog soon. In the meantime, here’s an outfit that I wore on one of our first days in Madrid. When I was packing and planning …

August, Instagrammed

Ok so it’s practically the holidays. I mean think about it. Or don’t, if that thought freaks you out.  I don’t know where August went, but I’m planning on soaking up this last little bit of summer as best as I can! Paint Splash

It’s been super gloomy in SF lately, but this Sunday things warmed up and it was a beautiful day in the city! Just in time for a Sunday Funday taco and margarita crawl through the Mission. We hopped around from taqueria to taqueria with friends, and it was delightful. If you are looking to do …
