I’m in desperate need of my toes in the sand and saltwater in my hair which is exactly what you’ll find at these Bimini resorts!
Bimini is the perfect spot to escape reality and bask in the sun, sand, and sea. With its breathtaking views of the Caribbean, delicious seafood restaurants, and endless activities, you can’t go wrong with a trip to Bimini.
Located approximately 50 miles east of the United States, it’s the perfect place to travel for Americans. The picturesque paradise of Bimini is situated in the westernmost chain of islands in the Bahamas. This archipelago consists of three main isles—North Bimini, South Bimini, and East Bimini—with North and South being by far the most popular.
Spanning seven miles of paradise, North Bimini is an exotic island. Along The King’s Highway, you can explore a variety of yummy restaurants and bars and grab some souvenirs from the local shops.
Or you can escape to the tranquil atmosphere of South Bimini! Home to the South Bimini Airport and a community of homes known as Port Royale, this small island has an incredible nature trail. Enjoy serene island vibes without sacrificing all that North Bimini has to offer—it’s paradise.

The Best Bimini Resorts
Overview
Since it’s such a small island, there aren’t a huge amount of options when it comes to where to stay. But, the ones they do have are top-notch and will ensure you enjoy an unforgettable vacation.
Let me give you a little background first. Bimini is a major cruise ship port so many vacationers come just for the day and head to one of the beach clubs or go on a diving excursion.
One of the places many people visit is Resorts World Bimini. This is a 750-acre, 2,500-room development on Bimini’s North Shore. It features an array of amenities including a casino, multiple pools, a beach club resort, a world-class spa and fitness center, a marina, and luxury villas.
It’s seriously like a city within a city.
If you’re like me and want to explore a little more of the island and have a peaceful haven to escape to at the end of an adventurous day, then you’ll want to choose a resort to stay at. It won’t be that hard considering there are only a few Bimini hotels on the island.
Here are my top two picks for Bimini resorts.
Hilton at Resorts World Bimini
The Hilton Hotel is LUXURY at its finest. Its beachfront location is the perfect place to kick back and relax.
Not only is there a stunning swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the ocean, but you’ll also find plenty of activities for all ages. From water sports to beach volleyball, you won’t get bored here!
Revel in miles of white sand beaches, infinity pools that stretch across the resort offering unparalleled views of Bimini’s remarkable turquoise waters, exquisite restaurants led by world-renowned chefs, and a casino—all providing unforgettable experiences.
Search for your ideal sanctuary among the hotel’s exquisite rooms, or go for total privacy with a personal condo. I say treat yourself and get the condo!
You can visit and explore Serenity Spa to relax and rejuvenate or take a plunge in one of the resort’s many pools.
When you book one of their custom vacation packages, you’re granted access to an array of amenities like guest internet access so that you can remain connected while away from home. Additionally, they offer you free admission to Bimini Beach with beach lounge chairs and umbrellas for those afternoons in the sun.
You’ll also have tennis court access as well as complimentary transportation services from ferry ports which makes getting around a breeze!
You’re going to love the convenience of being located within Resorts World, where you’ll have access to all of these amazing amenities. Make sure you rent a golf cart so that you can move around easily—after all, Resorts World takes up one-third of the island!
Make sure to book reservations at Monkey Business and The Sushi Bar for delicious meals and drinks. You’ll also want to check out the casino, as it offers many table games and slots, and maybe you’ll take home some cash with you. Wouldn’t that be awesome?
Bimini Big Game Club
Okay, set your expectations appropriately: Bimini Big Game Club Resort and Marina may not be the most luxurious of resorts, but its rooms are clean and comfortable.
In terms of service and restaurants, they offer a good-enough experience to make you feel at home. So don’t expect too much—this fishing resort has an Old Bahamas vibe that feels authentic.
It’s located on the eastern shore of Alice Town and overlooks the turquoise waters of Bimini Bay.
Are you traveling to the Bahamas for an underwater adventure? Or maybe a fishing excursion? Then this is a great resort.
It not only offers access to Bimini’s most spectacular diving and angling spots but also inclusive daily tours at low prices right outside your door.
If that’s not your thing and you prefer to stay on land, you can take advantage of their bicycles and go ride around town. Alice Town has some great little shops and restaurants to explore. The resort also has golf cart rentals onsite.
Or spend your days in the hammocks beneath the tropical palms for an unforgettable experience. The resort has an outdoor pool and hot tub, so you can just sit back and relax.
The resort is substantially lower priced than the Hilton. So if you’re looking for an affordable stay with good service and amenities, Bimini Big Game Club is the better choice.
While there aren’t too many options on the island, they’re all great in their own ways. Whether you’re looking for luxury or one of their comfortable hotels to relax in, one of these two resorts is sure to make your Bimini vacation unforgettable.
Resorts World Bimini Beach is really your only other option besides these two, but with only 3.5 stars on TripAdvisor, I’d stick to one of the above resorts!
Enjoy the stunning views, delicious food, and beautiful blue waters of the Bahamas! Be sure to take advantage of all the activities these resorts have to offer as well. You’re gonna love it!
