I never thought a shoe so breathable, silky, sustainable, and light could exist! But the Allbirds Tree Breezers have certainly proven me wrong.
I am obsessed with the versatility of these silky smooth flats. Whether you wear them to travel, to work, or just running errands, you can’t go wrong. I’m in love!
The Allbirds Tree Breezers come in a variety of colors that are all super cute. I opted for the classic Navy Night color to pair well with any outfit, especially when I’m walking around a lot.
But looking more at the functionality and comfort of these, you might have questions about their size and feel.
While the product reviews on these speak for themselves, I hope I answer all your questions about the Tree Breezers!

About Allbirds:
Founder Tim Brown from New Zealand discovered the versatility of merino wool, wondering why they weren’t already being used for comfortable, good-looking, and sustainable shoes.
After tinkering with the material, simple yet comfortable shoes were born from Mother Nature herself using natural materials and sustainable practices.
Thus, Allbirds—a now certified B Corp—was born.
Today, their shoes come in tons of different styles—running shoes, flats, high-tops, slippers, water-resistant sneakers—and lots of fun colors.
Styles:
In addition to the moisture-wicking Tree Breezers that feel as light as ballet flats, Allbirds also carries comfy running shoes, sneakers, slip-ons, high-tops, and many more.
Both in fit and comfort, the Allbirds flats remind me of the Rothy shoes in their sleek, thin feel.
But what sets them apart is their commitment to sustainability—Allbirds’ shoes are all made with a castor bean insole that emits much less carbon than petroleum-based foam.
We love a good, sustainable brand!
Colors:
The women’s Tree Breezers come in 3 classic and 8 limited edition colors (for a total of 11 different styles to choose from!). The 3 classics are Jet Black, Navy Night, and Heathered Black.
Their limited edition colors feature a Hazy Mauve, Wheat, Olympus, Palisade, Turtle Shell, Mist, Cocoa, and Pomegranate.
Each and every color is chic while rocking a unique material of tree fiber responsibly sourced from FSC® Certified forests.

Allbirds Tree Breezers Review
Allbirds Tree Breezers Pros:
First of all, these flats are insanely comfortable. I slipped them on and felt like I was walking on a cloud.
The odor-reducing insoles—made from eucalyptus tree fibers and layered castor bean oil—result in 100% carbon-neutral shoes. You’re serving looks and saving the planet… how cool is that?
They are even setting records with the world’s first carbon-negative green, EVA material (Ethylene-vinyl acetate) found in the Brazilian sugarcane outsole.
Some more huge benefits in wearing—and quite frankly, rocking—these shoes are their versatility and odor-reduction!
Wear them at home in the backyard with a glass of wine, out to a Sunday brunch, or on a long walk.
Lastly, Allbirds is on a revolutionary mission to replace synthetic plastic materials with natural ones. To me, a $98 investment in durable shoes and reducing carbon emissions is well worth it.
Allbirds Tree Breezers Cons:
As with many shoes, the comfort of these shoes can depend on your foot shape. Some friends of mine say it took them a few wears before fully “breaking in” the shoe. For others (like me!), they’re comfy right away.
Similarly, the top of the flat where your toes hang out might take some adjusting to, especially for wider feet.
And as I’ve noted above, these flats sit at $98, which can definitely be an investment piece for mostly casual-looking flats.
However, I think they are well worth it considering the raw materials and sustainable measures that were practiced in their production.
I hope you enjoyed my Allbirds review of their Tree Breezers. I am absolutely in love with my Navy pair (can’t wait to get more colors) and I hope you can snag some soon for your next comfy adventures.
If you get your hands on some, I would love to see how you rock them! You can tag me (@wtfab) in your pics.
