Spending more time at home means more time to experiment with skincare. Over the last year, my cousins and I have had almost weekly text threads about new products we’re trying, brands we love and recommend, and skin care sales we’ve spotted.
Tatcha has become one of my favorite skincare brands and my go-to’s in my everyday skincare routine—my whole fam loves their luxe products.
Not only are their skin care products luxe af, they just work.
Tatcha is a Japanese beauty brand made with ingredients to help anyone with sensitive skin. Their ingredients are sourced from Japan and the founder, Vicky Tsai, has a very interesting story about how she became obsessed with ancient Japanese skincare ingredients that just can’t be found in the U.S. You can listen to her story on How I Built This!
You might see celebrities like Meghan Markle or the Kardashians using Tatcha because it’s really THAT good!
I thought it’d be fun to share some of my favorites to help inspire your next skincare haul.

1. Violet-C Brightening Serum
I love this vitamin C serum! I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin since using this product.
My cousin recently sent our group thread some before/after pics after using this serum for a couple of months and the difference was un-freaking-real.
My skin looks more vibrant and less dull when I use this. It’s made with 20% vitamin c and 10% AHA to help soften and smooth your skin for more even-toned radiant skin.
This is definitely more of an investment but so worth it!
Perfect for anyone with dark spots, uneven texture, fine lines and wrinkles, anti-aging, and dullness.
2. The Rice Polish Classic
Another one of my favorites! This is a water-activated exfoliant made with Japanese rice bran to leave your skin feeling smooth and glowy.
You use it by pouring about a half teaspoon into your hands, adding water, and rubbing together to create a creamy foam. Then you gently massage on your face for about 30 seconds and rinse.
This is a great gentle exfoliant perfect for those with sensitive skin. I use mine every other night.
If you have dry, sensitive, uneven texture, dullness, and larger pores this product is a great option.
3. Ageless Enriching Renewal Cream
Ok, this one is superrrr luxe. If you have been looking for one of the best anti-aging creams out there, this is the one.
The renewal cream helps intensely hydrate and nourish the skin to prevent aging.
If you have very dry skin this cream leaves your skin feeling so smooth. I love using this cream whenever the weather is colder or windy or if I need a pick me up.
I like to slather it on at night and wake up to dewy, hydrated skin.
4. Luminous Dewy Skin Mist
This Tatcha luminous dewy skin mist is amazing at keeping your face nice and glowy all day long. I like to spritz it on for a little mid-day pick me up.
Since this is a spray-on moisturizer your skin will feel so silky smooth, especially if you put this on before and after makeup. This product is for dry skin that is in need of hydration.
It’s made with 20% botanical oils, red algae, and hyaluronic acid to leave you feeling refreshed.

5. Pure One Step Camellia Cleansing Oil
This is a solid oil-based cleanser that gets all of your makeup off—even your waterproof makeup.
The camellia oil helps reduce inflammation and eliminate the grime and build-up on your face.
It’s great for all skin types, and I like that it’s made free of mineral oil or synthetic fragrances.
6. The Essence Plumping Skin Softener
If you aren’t familiar with essence, it is a gamechanger in your skincare routine.
By dabbing on a bit of essence on your face, it makes all of your other skincare products that follow afterwards work better, because they’re more easily absorbed into your skin.

The Tatcha Silk Cream is a weightless gel-cream that makes your skin feel like silk—it’s perfect for a lightweight daytime moisturizer, if that’s more your style.
This cream also has anti-aging properties to restore a healthy glow to your face.
The Akoya pearl extract helps prevent the skin from yellowing or browning that comes with age over time.

9. The Dewy Skin Cream Plumping Moisturizer
The Dewy Skin Night Cream is another Tatcha must-have.
This facial cream is packed in antioxidants and hydration to leave your face plump and firmer.
Made with Japanese purple rice your skin will be feeling dewy after moisturizing with this cream. I use this interchangeably with the Ageless Renewal Cream in the evenings, and this one is wayyyy less expensive than the Ageless product, so I’d recommend this one as a great bang for your buck Tatcha product!
10. The Liquid Silk Canvas
The Liquid Silk Canvas is an amazing oil-free primer made with silk extracts to protect your skin from pollutants and makeup.
Your pores will be minimized and your face will have a nice matte finish. Who doesn’t love that?
This liquid primer helps your makeup last and look fresh longer. It just blurs away pores and fine lines, so you’ll love incorporating this into your everyday makeup routine!
11. The Water Cream Oil-Free Pore Minimizing Moisturizer
