Sharing a round-up of the best Traverse City Airbnbs today! Traverse City is a year-round destination that has so much to offer during each season.
This Michigan town has amazing ski slopes for winter breaks, the wineries of Old Mission Peninsula for fall fun, forests for spring hikes, and the beaches of Suttons Bay and East Bay for that sunny summer vacay.
The 2020 Airbnb selection for Traverse City is surprisingly vast. That’s why I’ve decided to cut it down for you to this shortlist of only the best Traverse City Airbnbs.
Whether you want something beachside or in the heart of Downtown, you’ll find it here!
Situated in a modern Downtown apartment complex, this Traverse City condo is a cute addition to the Airbnb scene here. As the name suggests, the large windows in this property let in plenty of light, making the whole place feel bright and refreshing.
It's also filled with some pretty chic decor, which gives this Airbnb a boutique feel. The kitchen is particularly cool, with its monochromatic color scheme and shiny new appliances. There's also lots of room for you to stretch out and chill after a day of exploring.
You'll get the run of the whole house at this very stylish Traverse City Airbnb. Situated in the Midtown area, it's just a few minutes from here to a bunch of different destinations, including the Old Mission Peninsula, which is just a couple of minutes' drive away.
This place really takes the minimalist, monochrome aesthetic up a notch throughout the house, with plenty of grays, whites, and metallics making it feel especially smart and polished.
The living area is relaxed and spacious, while the kitchen is a luxurious place to cook up a gourmet breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
By location alone, this vacation rental is awesome.
It's just a five-minute walk to Downtown, plus Grand Traverse Commons and all its shopping. A short car ride away (5 mins), you'll find the Old Mission Peninsula and its wineries, while you can basically just cross the street to reach public beaches. It's so convenient!
Aside from that, this is a brand new city condo that has a contemporary style. The whole place feels warm and cozy, but decorated with a minimalist, almost Scandinavian aesthetic, from the bedroom and its comfy queen bed to the chilled living area.
If you're looking for a truly unique place to stay in Traverse City, look no further than this incredible Airbnb. Situated in what used to be a cigar box factory, this loft is all about big open plan living and eclectic furnishings.
The whole place feels warm and homey, with just enough design flair to give it that edge.
With room enough to sleep four, this Downtown Traverse City loft is perfect for a small family or group of friends—even a double—date weekend
Spacious or not, this place is so cute! Any design-lover will fall head over heels with it.
Possibly one of the coolest Airbnbs in Traverse City, the Martin House has the cutest boutique design that is set inside a repurposed early 1900s farmhouse.
It's a gem of a property: city vacation rentals as spacious, stylish, and historic as this one doesn't come around often.
The interiors are obviously cool. Think houseplants, whitewashed walls, eclectic furnishings, and an Instagrammable living room filled with oil paintings, and even a bedroom that has a claw foot bathtub.
The outside has hammocks and a fire pit for some outdoor relaxation.
Wow. Now this place is definitely something you might want to consider. Much more than just a private room in someone's house, this Airbnb is actually your very own home away from home—a brand new condo.
The design-friendly interiors have been thought out to give a sense of laid-back luxe, where clean lines mix with plush, color-pop furnishings.
The location is also fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from all Downtown's breweries and eateries. As far as rentals in Traverse City go, it's certainly one of my favs.
This place is gorgeous! It's called Wren House, and I love pretty much everything about it—the geometric kitchen tiles, the white-washed walls and minimalist decor, the mid-century modern furniture, and retro touches. I also love the polished bathrooms throughout!
Even though it's aesthetically pleasing throughout, it's still functional and has all the modern amenities you'd expect of an exceptional vacation property.
From super modern to a beach house, Traverse City Airbnbs has you covered! If you stay at any of these places on your Traverse City vacation, or even if opt for something different, let me know by tagging me (@wtfab) in your Insta stories and photos—I’m all about seeing your travels!
