Omied and I recently did a quick trip up to Napa where we went wine tasting at some new (to us) wineries that we’d never been to before. Our first stop was Odette Estate Winery, and it has jumped to the top of my Napa list! The tasting room is gorgeous, and we had an absolutely beautiful tasting spread laid out for us. They also have a patio, so you can enjoy the beautiful Napa weather. The tasting was lovely, and it was hard to pick which wine was our favorite because they were all so delicious. Our wine expert for the tasting shared a funny story with us about one of the wines we were sipping. He was fulfilling orders and saw a bunch of cases ordered by a one Sean Combs to be shipped to Miami…aka P. Diddy. ? So we go to try P. Diddy’s favorite wine that he orders cases of by the dozen, and I have to agree it was one of my favorites too! After our tasting we got to go on a little tour of the estate, picking Cabernet grapes off the vines as we walked. We loved hearing a bit more about Odette’s story, and learning about their green initiatives so they can preserve their land for generations to come.
