Kate Spade Gingham Circle Skirt in the Napa Valley:
Last month Omied and I were planning on going to Banff, but unfortunately due to the wildfires there we had to cancel our trip. We were trying to figure out somewhere else we could go, perhaps on the east coast, but the last minute planning was getting stressful and the flights were so expensive I finally was like why are we doing this to ourselves, let’s just have a relaxing weekend in Napa! I’m so glad we decided to do that and stopped pressuring ourselves to feel like we needed to go somewhere “new” or out of state. We’re so lucky to have Napa right in our backyard, and sometimes I forget just how beautiful it is.
I’ll do a full post all about St. Supery and the tasting we had there because it was honestly just so lovely, but for now I’m sharing my outfit for wine tasting, and some glimpses of their gorgeous little house on the property that made me feel like I was in Charleston with its wrap around porch. I’m wearing a Kate Spade gingham circle skirt that I absolutely adore, along with a bodysuit from Yummie. I’ve been wearing a lot more bodysuits lately and I love that they don’t bunch up under my clothes like a regular top would. Oh, in case you’re wondering how to pee when you’re wearing them (my cousin also texted me to inquire about this ?), most bodysuits have snaps at the crotch, so it’s not a romper situation where you have to get naked in the bathroom, and you can just unsnap it. ??? The white kitten heels are from Amazon Fashion and they have become my go-to heels. They pair so well with ripped jeans or a dress and are super comfortable! My Louis Vuitton bag is from Bag Borrow or Steal, which I’ve been absolutely obsessed with. I love checking out their inventory and seeing which gorgeous designer bag I’m going to call mine for the next month!
