Baby Roman is just one month old, and while recovery hasn’t been easy, I’m finally feeling ready to get some light activity in. The timing couldn’t be better since temperatures have risen here in Napa, and I’m desperate to get outside and enjoy the sunshine. I’ve started going on short hot mom walks around my neighborhood, and it’s been just what Baby and I need!
CRZ Yoga’s Strappy Longline Sports Bra has been my go-to when I feel like moving my body or leaving the house. It has a sleek and fashionable design, and the multiple straps offer a ton of support. I like that the silhouette is longer than standard sports bras since my body is still adjusting to life after pregnancy.

These Neleus Yoga Tank Tops come in a multi-pack with several neutral colors, and I love their breathability. The lightweight fabric keeps me easy and breezy in the summer heat and has just enough stretchiness.
I like to pair the tanks with these Cross Waist Bike Shorts. The high-rise style and v-cross waist is comfortable and flattering. I’m also a big fan of the side pocket because I can slip my phone in for easy access on my walks.
Comfortable footwear has been essential since welcoming Baby Boy. These trendy mesh sneakers are stylish and literally feel like I’m walking on a cloud! They’re fantastic for family strolls around the neighborhood or running errands.
A casual baseball cap is the perfect finishing touch for my hot mom walk ‘fit. This option is only $12—I like the distressed style and how many colors it comes in. Hats are a must to keep the sun off my face.
I remember walking around the neighborhood with my husband while pregnant, imagining what it would be like when Baby Boy arrived. We’re over the moon, and I can’t wait to continue our tradition of going on family walks. Get inspired to make the most of this summer with Walmart’s amazing selection of fashionable activewear!
