It’s the first day of summer and here in Napa we’ve been greeted with 104 degree heat, so I guess it’s official!
While 104 isn’t exactly enjoyable backyard weather, things are supposed to cool off to mid-80’s and I couldn’t be more excited to spend more time in our outdoor oasis.
Omied and I are thinking of completely renovating our backyard, but with current delays and sky-high prices, that might become a next year thing.
In the meantime, we’re really enjoying our current backyard situation, and adding a few more touches to it this summer.
Here are a few of my favorite outdoor oasis picks from Wayfair—some are things that we currently have in our backyard, and others are things I’m pining for!
Hot tub – Getting a hot tub was one of the best things ever. Truly one of my life goals, lol. Relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning makes me feel like I’m on vacation.
Outdoor Seating – I love an outdoor set like this one because it makes it easy to host a big group of people comfortably. Add in a couple outdoor poufs for even more seating and flexibility.
Outdoor Kitchen – This is a big one that I’m pining away for! We currently have a Weber grill, Traeger smoker, and a pizza oven in the backyard. We love cooking out there! But it’d be so fun to have an outdoor kitchen island to have some functional countertop space and maybe even a sink like this one.
Patio Heater – I know I just said it’s 104 degrees today lol, but this is Napa, and it can get pretty cold at night. That’s why the grapes like it so much—hot days with a big temperature swing at night. We like these style patio heaters because they feel more luxe and remind us of a fancy hotel or restaurant patio.
Market lights – String lights just set the vibe in the evening!
Gazebo – This gazebo is perfect for giving you a ton of shade, plus it has curtains along the side.
Thanks to Wayfair for sponsoring this post!
