We went up to the foothills of Sacramento to spend Thanksgiving with our families, and it was SO cold while we were there! Mind you I’m from California, so cold is a relative term and any seasoned east coasters would probably laugh at me, but I was freezing my tooshie off in the 40 – 50 degree weather. During the holiday weekend we bundled up and went for several walks in the beautiful woods near my in-laws’ house to work up an appetite for more turkey and leftovers. We also watched the 49ers play the Cardinals that weekend, and while the Niners aren’t looking so hot this year, I’m still sporting some Niner pride.
Another amazing thing that happened over the Thanksgiving weekend: My parents discovered Dubsmash. After hours of cheap entertainment, one of the favorites turned out to be a dubsmash my dad did of Jim Mora being asked about the playoffs while the Niners sucked. Ha! I was still happy to bundle up in my new 49ers sweatshirt and hat, plus my insanely fluffy and cozy coat from Paris. This would be a perfect cute Niners game outfit for the chillier months!
