Nicole and I shot these photos back in January. Yes, January. While the rest of the country was experiencing the Polar Vortex (which sounds like something my California-ass would not be able to handle), SF was enjoying some beach picnic-appropriate weather. We decided to take advantage and packed up a yummy spread for two to enjoy at Ocean Beach. The fog did start to roll in at the end of the day (this is San Francisco, after all), but we had a great time. Sand between my toes, salt in my hair—just the way I like it.
