Last week I had the pleasure of attending the world premiere of this year’s Lunafest, held at The Palace of Fine Arts. Put on my Lunabar, the event is a film festival that connects women, their stories, and their causes through film. I’ll be honest, I had no idea what a treat I was in for. The evening consisted of eight short films, all by talented women filmmakers. The stories they told were all different—charming, through-provoking, depressing, surprising. They were all fantastic, but I think my favorite was Chicas Day. You can check out the trailer here, and find out when Lunafest comes to your city here. If you go, I’m curious to hear which short film is your favorite!
Thanks to Lunabar for sponsoring this post. And thank you for supporting the brands that support WTFab.
