Bridesmaid Makeup

Share this post or pin it for later!

I spent this past weekend in North Carolina for my beautiful cousin’s wedding. It was such a fun-filled weekend and I’m missing all the family time already! I was honored to be a bridesmaid, and I brought along my new EcoTools hair and makeup brushes to keep my bridesmaid look on point. For this summery, colorful wedding, I drew inspiration and makeup ideas from EcoTool’s Looks You Love series, and created a shimmery, summer glow look.

To prep my hair before the hair stylist started working with it, I used the detangler and volumizing hair brushes.

Highlighting, contouring, and bronzing are my favorite makeup tricks for adding some shape to my very round face. I used the stippling brush to apply foundation and added highlighter and contour powder as well as some color to my cheeks with the tapered blush brush. The angled kabuki brush is quite possibly the softest thing I’ve ever felt, and I used it to apply a light finishing powder on my face.

Bride/bridesmaid selfie before the wedding! We had so much fun getting dolled up together!
Thank you to EcoTools for sponsoring this post and helping me look great on my cousin’s wedding day!
