When I had the chance to travel to Taipei, a friend offered to show me some of the top Taiwan beauty products, and I’m obsessed!
I love checking out new beauty products and trends, especially ones that we can’t get here in the U.S. because they’re not available or haven’t gotten popular here yet.
I thought I’d share a round-up of all the Taiwan beauty products I purchased and tried during my trip so you can check them out, too!
To make things easy for you, you can shop for these products by clicking directly on the images, the shopping buttons, and of course, the text links.

Top Taiwan Beauty Products
1. Sheet Masks
Face masks have recently become popular in the U.S., but they’ve been a top choice in Taiwan for years.
One of the best Taiwan brands is My Beauty Diary, so I picked up a couple of brightening and moisturizing boxes of masks during my trip.
Not only do sheet masks feel super refreshing after a long day, but they also have great skincare benefits.
2. Ombre Lipstick
Ombre lipstick is one of the more unique beauty trends I spotted in Taipei, and, apparently, it originated in Korea.
These lip products are supposed to give you a faded or ombre lip color look, which is pretty different and fun.
I was excited to find the Smashbox ombre lipstick since I’m familiar with and trust the brand.

3. Peel-Off Nail Polish
No time to sit down and use nail polish remover? Yeah, me neither.
This nail polish peels right off when you’re ready to remove it—Taiwan is so ahead of the game!
The more I get into nail designs and art, the more I look for products that I can easily switch out so I can give my manicure a fresh look, and this peel-off nail polish is my new favorite.
4. Nail Decals
Nail decals are obviously a thing in the States, too, but the ones available in Taiwan are so cute and trendy.
I’m an especially big fan of these flower-patterned nail decals, so cute!
If you’re looking to easily try the latest nail trends, nail decals are an excellent pick.
5. Female Facial Razor
I’ve seen a couple of U.S. beauty bloggers dabble with the female facial razor beauty trend, but not a lot.
If you struggle with peach fuzz or skin imperfections that prevent your makeup from sitting right, try incorporating a facial razor into your beauty regimen.
Shiseido makes these face razors specifically for the ladies—I tried one on my upper lip and it worked great.

6. Biore UV Sunscreen
Biore UV Sunscreen was one of my favorite Taiwan beauty products that my friend Francesca introduced me to.
This Taiwanese sunscreen comes in a small blue bottle and feels completely unlike any other UV product I’ve tried.
Once you apply the Biore UV Sunscreen, it quickly dries and has a smooth, silky finish—no grease, hallelujah!
7. Pearl Powder
Sadly, I couldn’t find this product while I was in Taiwan, but I’m really intrigued after hearing about pearl powder.
You can purchase pearl powder in a pouch and add a little bit of water to it to form a paste which you can apply to a zit or use as a face mask.
Apparently, pearl powder will zap your pimples and breakouts overnight to leave you with clear, smooth skin!
8. Jelly Masks
Popular Taiwanese skincare brand Annie’s Way is known for its revitalizing, gel-like face masks.
Unlike a sheet mask, you’ll need to wash these off—just spread the gel mask over your face and leave it on for 30 minutes before washing away.
Annie’s Way Jelly Masks are available in tons of variations, like arbutin and hyaluronic acid for brightening and honey for deep moisturizing.
I hope you enjoyed this roundup of Taiwan beauty products!
