What to wear to a football game

When I was a kid, going to a Niners game with my dad was an excuse to get cotton candy and red vines. And while I still wouldn’t say no to some fluffy, sticky cotton candy, now it’s all about the outfit! Now that it’s preseason, my family is starting to get fired up. Adding to the fun this year: Austin Collie, who I went to high school with, is the 49ers’ new wide receiver!

When it comes to putting together a cute outfit for game day, I’m not a proponent of “shrink it and pink it.” Throw on a jersey and work it, girl. I added some black and gold jewelry to go with the Niners’ colors. And of course, how fun are my lips?? Violent Lips makes these awesome lip and eye appliques, that celebs like the Kardashians and Lady Gaga are rocking. This year, they came out with game day colors, so you can wear the colors of your favorite sports teams. I wish they were around when I was in college. I would’ve loved to put on the blue and gold when my Bruins were playing!
