Off the grid

London Fashion Week kicked off on Friday and I’ve been having so much fun bouncing around and attending as many events as possible! I was going straight from work at the Google London office to a few presentations and shows, which made getting dressed in the morning a little tricky. Fashion week street style can be a bit outlandish, and while I’m totally not one for the peacocking scene, I did want to get a little dressed up. It’s London Fashion Week, after all! I thought this statement top would be tame enough for the office but interesting enough for the shows. Although when I got to work that day, one of my coworkers told me (in a thick Scottish accent), “That’s a funky top you’ve got on there!” *Insert laughing/crying emoji here* I guess that’s why I liked this top in the first place though—it’s different. And I’m now going to forever call it my “funky top.”
