Last week I was in the mood to do some shopping for new swimsuits, so I hopped on over to Target to see what new arrivals they had online! I love Target’s swimwear because they always have cute, trendy pieces that last me for years, and of course at super affordable prices. I had a few gift cards burning a hole in my pocket, and with their free shipping and returns policy (and the fact that I’m not able to go in-store and try stuff on right now), I went a little crazy.
I don’t even have a pool and given how things are going with the ‘rona, we’re probably not even traveling anywhere this summer. But at least I’ll have some cute new bikinis to layout in, and wear for a future trip!
I tried on a ton of bikinis and am clearly into their high-waisted bikini bottoms right now. Some of their tops ran a bit small, so I’m including sizing notes for each swimsuit as well. But overall, Target really kills it in the women’s swimwear department!
The Best High-Waisted Bikinis at Target
Pink Tie-Dye High-Waisted Bandeau Bikini
Tie-dye is having a major moment and is a huge trend right now. I love these fun pink and yellow colors for summer. The bandeau top has criss-cross strings in the back, making it adjustable. It also comes with removable straps. And the high-waisted bottoms are comfortable and flattering. I found the top and bottoms to be true to size.
This snakeskin bikini is chic af. I love the print, and the suit has a cool ribbed texture to the material. The bralette style top is really cute, but I would order a size up from your normal size. I usually wear a medium, but the medium here felt tight and there was definitely some boob spillage happening. The snakeskin bottoms ran true to size.
This was one of my fav bikinis I tried on and definitely one I’ll be keeping. I love the neon yellow for a fun, summery pop of color. The fit is very flattering and the zippers are a cool detail. Both the top and the bottoms fit true to size.
I’m not usually a huge lilac fan as far as colors go, but I love it for this swimsuit! The bandeau top has supportive underwire and fit true to size, and also comes with removable straps. The high-waisted bottoms fit true to size as well.
Ok, I know this is a high-waisted bikinis post, but I’m throwing in a one-piece swimsuit as well just for fun. I really like this black crochet suit—it reminds me of Becca’s (much more expensive) swimsuits. This suit fits true to size and was really comfortable.
This one is definitely a keeper! The rainbow stripes are so cute and I love the string cut-out sides. The bralette-style top runs a little small, so I would recommend sizing up. I ordered the medium but I’m going to return for a large. The bottoms run true to size.
This one made me feel like a mermaid! The turquoise color is really pretty, and there’s an added shimmer to it. The triangle top ran a bit small, so I would size up. The straps are adjustable in length like a bra, but the back is not. The bottoms ran true to size and the side cut-outs are a fun detail.
This leopard print ribbed bikini is the same cut and ribbed style as the snakeskin one above, but a different print, and I feel like I need both of them. Again, the bralette top runs a bit small so I would size up, and the high-waisted bottoms were true to size.
This ribbed bikini is so cute! I loved the ribbed material and color. Both the top and the bottoms ran true to size.
And then last but not least, I’m also including a few of my favorite accessories that caught my eye on Target’s website, including sunglasses, bracelets, and earrings. These would be perfect to pair with your new swimsuit!
Legitimately considering buying an inflatable pool so I can wear some of these swimsuits to it. ?
