We spent this past weekend in South Lake Tahoe for a friend’s weekend and it was so much fun! It might sound crazy, but sometimes I forget just how beautiful Tahoe is during the summer and it was nice to be reminded. Our quick trip has me wanting to plan another one soon and thinking about how growing up just a couple hours west of Tahoe, I definitely took family vacations there for granted a bit. Now that I’m older and living that city life, I can definitely appreciate how serene and gorgeous Tahoe is. Our friends got married on a mountain top at Heavenly, and it was the perfect spot for their wedding, overlooking where they met in beautiful Tahoe. I wore this Badgley Mischka dress, which is a freakin’ dream. So comfortable, and hello, pockets!
