fall decor
I’ve really been enjoying the crisp fall weather we’ve been having and I can’t wait to relax and spend time with my fam this Thanksgiving! A lot of stores have already gotten rid of their fall decor and swapped it for all things Christmas. And don’t even try to get a pumpkin spice latte, since the menus are all about peppermint mochas already (don’t get me wrong, I love a peppermint mocha, but some days I’m still craving a PSL!). But I’m trying to soak up as much fall goodness as I can before we start playing “Baby it’s Cold Outside,” in our home.
To help us enjoy the season, I wanted to add a few fall decor items for a centerpiece on one of our tables.

1. I picked out a few cute gourds and pumpkins for some pops of color and fall vibes.
2. I added a few things I already had laying around at home like some favorite coffee table books and an orange vase with fall berries.
3. For the finishing touch, I picked up a couple American Home™ by Yankee Candle® fall fragrances from Walmart. I went with Apple Cinnamon Cider and Homemade Apple pie, two scents that remind me of fall at home, and they both smell so delicious! They’re filling our home with all of the fall feels and it’s pretty amazing how fragrant they are when you light them. Pro tip: When you burn the candle, let the top layer become a fragrant pool of liquid wax and you’ll get the biggest, boldest fragrance possible.
