Jana Dziak

Jana is the voice behind The Peasant’s Daughter and a homesteader that is passionate about combining old-fashioned skills with modern knowledge. She loves teaching you how to cook real food from scratch, preserving and canning, sourdough, no-till gardening and permaculture to grow food in a regenerative way, and raising chickens and other animals in a quest for simplicity and self-sufficiency. You don’t need a lot of land to do it either! Jana is a wife, mother, and homeschooler on 3-acres who left the city behind with her husband for a rural life.
