I’ve been dreaming of warm, sunny days during this cold and rainy (by California standards) winter. My husband and I settled on Santa Barbara for our babymoon to enjoy the warmth, and I was excited to pick out some new swimwear for our getaway. With Walmart’s affordable and flattering new arrivals, finding cute warm-weather pieces was easier than ever.
I was instantly drawn to this Cutout Bathing Suit with scallop trim when I spotted it at Walmart. This swimsuit offers the perfect coverage, so you don’t have to worry about outfit mishaps—the stomach cutout is a fun, flirty touch. While this suit isn’t a maternity one-piece, I opted for one size bigger than I typically wear and had no issues.

Every beach or pool outfit needs a casual cover-up, and I’m a fan of this Time and Tru Twist Front option. Cover-ups are a must-have accessory for lounging in the sun, and I love a cheetah print moment. This dress cover-up is fashionable yet functional and priced at just $11.
As much as I enjoy sporting a natural tan, I’m also big on sun protection. A hat like this Time and Tru Packable Visor is essential as the weather warms. Beach hats can be frumpy, but this visor is equally stylish and practical. There are several neutral options, all reasonably priced for less than $8. You won’t catch me lying outside this summer without my trusty visor!
These Core Strappy Sandals by Time and Tru are the perfect finishing touch for my casual swimwear look. Sandals are an excellent option for beach or pool days since they easily slip on and off. Comfort is my top priority as my pregnancy progresses, so I needed a fun pair of shoes that wouldn’t make my feet ache. The Time and Tru sandals are only $13 but look and feel way more expensive, thanks to the lightly cushioned sole.
I had the most relaxing time in Santa Barbara and felt cute and confident in my outfit—plus, the whole look was less than $100! As you’re planning for your next warm weather vacay or spring break, Walmart’s swimwear section has you covered.
Huge thanks to Walmart for sponsoring this post.
