A few weeks ago we got my family and my boyfriend’s family together for some oyster shucking up at Hog Island. It’s an oyster farm about an hour and a half north of San Francisco, where you can buy fresh oysters by the dozen and shuck them yourselves. They’re so fresh and insanely delicious, whether you slurp them up raw or grill them with a buttery garlic sauce. It was a little chilly so along with my boots and fuzzy beanie I layered a cashmere sweater and warm top from Willow and Clay.
