So this dress is what flamenco dreams are made of. It’s by Christian Siriano, who you may remember from Project Runway. I loved him ever since he was talking about Asian models on the show and said, “Asians are fierce.” Lolz. Throw in the fact that his brand stands for inclusion for all sizes in the fashion industry, and what’s not to love?

A couple of our favorite experiences in Spain so far have been flamenco shows. We went to one in Madrid and one in Barcelona, and while they were each very different (one was sweaty, gritty, raw, and in a tiny hole in the wall bar; the other was polished to perfection, in a beautiful theatre) we were mesmerized by both of them. When I was packing for Spain, I knew this dress needed to come with me. The details are beautiful and I love the way it moves when you walk. Plus I felt like a flamenco dancer prancing around Las Ramblas, so there’s that.
